Love is an amazing feeling that can change ones life in a second for the better or could be for the worst. There are many speculations as to what love truly is but no one can easily express the emotions that dwells in us when we say we are in love. Taken from the holy book I have yet to learn that “love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud or rude. Love rejoices in truth and not in evil. Love is always supportive, loyal and hopeful and trusting, love never fails.
So why then do we find confusion in expressing it when the bible clearly states what love is? This is simply because people look for love in the most strangest of places and when we do find love, we receive it differently. This is because we do not perceive love in the same way. While one person may claim to love someone the other may see that person as unloving, insensitive and not caring enough. It is important that when you go into a relationship, you learn what type of person the one you’re with is. Just 100 years ago love was not such a big deal, as long as the man acted as the head of the family and provided everything for the wife and kids, in this sense ‘‘providing everything’’ WOULD MEAN FOOD ON THE TABLE AT THE END OF THE DAY.
Oh but in this centaury things have changed dramatically. I don’t care who you are or where you’re from, but let’s face it when a woman is in a relationship she WANTS to be spoiled, and please note how I said WANTS and not NEEDS. We’ve got two types of women in this world, THE ONES THAT ARE MORE SENSETIVE TOWARD THE MEANING OF LOVE AND THE ONES THAT AREN’T!
Let’s talk about the ones that are first. These women love endlessly, no matter what the financial status of a man; as long as the man is able to provide shelter and food then the woman is complete. You could never tell a woman like this that her man is useless and needs to get a better man. You would not get away with it, because these women make vows to themselves and they know a good man when they see one. A man buying clothes for this simple woman once in a while is considered a spoil, it could be as cheap as R100 but the woman knows that little note goes a long way and there’s more from where that came from. Sometime these women get new pots (cook wears) as a gift and to them it’s the best luxury they would ever hope for. These types of women are women who know that there is more to life than expansive thing; they are the type of people that love the life that God has blessed upon them. They appreciate every single detail of their daily life only because they don’t know anything else either than that life.
Then you have the ones that appreciate the finer things in life, I’m talking spa treatments, shopping, jewelry, wining and dining, holidays, vacation houses (property or land) the list goes on. This is the most complicated yet simplest of women. Simple in terms of you know what they want but complex in a sense that they don’t always want the same things. You see this type of woman may come from any background. Her way of love is a growing cycle so one has to be prepared to give more when in a relationship with this type of woman. The cycle starts as soon as they start dating.
If her first boyfriend has a car or drives his parent’s car in most teenage cases, then she is never ever going to date a guy that doesn’t drive because she experienced how easy it is to manage time and life when you have a car. So she meets the next boyfriend who happens to have a house, flat or an apartment, she discovers that life is getting much easier, she does not have to sneak in and out of a boyfriends house anymore “HOW CHILDISH” she think. At this point life is way better for her, regardless of the fact that none of these things are hers. But things don’t work out with this boyfriend who has his own place and she find another, this one loves to take her shopping and he pays for everything, all she has to do is look good and carry on living her life (what ever that may entail). The next has to buy expansive jewelry, then a car, then vacations, then the big one a house and a huge diamond ring. It’s an on going process, it’s called an UPGRADE! AND IF THIS ONE DOESN’T WORK OUT FOR HER, SHE MOVES TO THE NEXT ONE WITH MORE TO GIVE $$$. The men look like they really don’t mind or complain, a girl has got to look good for her man, PERIOD. What a man gets in return for giving so much is really incomprehensive, besides that’s debate I’m not entertaining right now.
Moral of the story: truth be told we all love to be spoiled once in a while, even guys want to be spoiled too, but that’s a story for another day. Yes guys I’m coming for you too LOL.

So bear in mind ladies what Abba Father wants for us. Take a look in the book of Matthew, chapter 26, verse 22-24 it says ‘ The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good your whole body will be filled with light. But if your eyes are bad then your whole body will be filled with darkness!
No-one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other , or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both money and God.
I read this and I found the advise I was seeking. I really hope the ladies will read this and take a hint to do the right thing. Seek the guidence of the relevant one and he will never fail you!

You’re totally righ, at times it depends on the kind of person you are, some guys thinks a girl who like sto be spoiled now and then is shallow, they ask you what will they get in return.
Honestly I’d rather have a man who knows how to treat a lady than a man who assumes things about me. I am Hot Headed, I know what I want and at the end of the day guys are scared of that, but hey I’ve learned to live wit that. I DON’T go around BEGGING…there’s someone out there for everyone, and that person will understand who u are completely.
