Ahmed Dajee is a 20 year old who went to Design school of Southern Africa for a year out of the 3 that he was suppose to attend to. Earlier this year he decided to open a company called Atelier Dajee. Atelier means studio in French and he opened the company so he could establish himself as a designer in Mzansi.

The Maboneng precinct is an arts district located in Jeppestown and this was the birth of a fashion evolution. The launching of Atelier was the cede between modern elegance and the romantic 1960’s era. His tailored ethereal clothes were clothes fit for those who indulge in haute couture (high fashion). As his first look was availed on the runway, the polka dot skirt and shirt were amongst the high standard of clothing that he had set. The strapless black evening gowns were amongst show stopping gowns that wowed the audience.
