  1. That’s great but I wish more penthouses, can be build,in other parts of Gauteng.
I think it would make, a huge difference.

  2. Congratulations,to Oscar Pretorius!

  3. Jea hey,but however in braamfontein there are penthouses-apartments to be more precise and da rest of gauteng has,bt hweva its going to be tricky as developers/property retailers need to make a living out of what they are doing and building them would just result in a deficit for them and dats nt ayoba.oscar deserved it,his style is effortless.

  4. @BoyElite Well,I suppose. Then,a way has to be found,to increase the middle class, which means,we are going to have more people, who can afford penthouses or apartments. We still have a long way to go.

  5. @Teboho I get what you mean but looking at the current economic climate and the predictions of the upcoming economic weather, its virtually impossible what you are saying. The middle class pay the most taxes in South Africa,so thats another factor thats going to hinder the middle class from purchasing penthouses, apartments etc,but the aims of my blogs is to give reference as to how to live your life and we shouldnt accept the curve balls thrown at us.Be the change you want to see…
